Having Claudia as our wedding planner was a blessing

My most cherished memory from our wedding weekend would have to be the morning before the wedding. Everyone had arrived, family, friends, and all the loved ones, and I knew they were all anxiously waiting to get the day started. The excitement and anticipation for the big day were contagious throughout The Cape. Then we got to run through the rehearsal, and that is when Kurt and I knew we did not need to have a single worry because our girl Claudia had it all covered. It was the most peaceful but enjoyable morning, and it was truly something I’ll never forget.

The guests of my wedding consistently kept coming up to Kurt to tell us how outstanding the service had been while they were staying at The Cape. They would say, “As soon as the employees at The Cape knew we were guests of Claudia’s Bride’s wedding, it was like they got treated like royalty!” Which is true!! Every person who participated in our wedding went above and beyond to make sure it was nothing short of perfect.

Having Claudia as our wedding planner was a blessing, and I could not imagine it any other way. She was the lifeboat we needed when planning our last-minute (3 months) destination wedding in Los Cabos. Her love for Cabo is contagious, which takes your appreciation for the culture to a whole new level. She always exceeded expectations, and that applies to each and every vendor or contact she works with. Everyone that is a part of her team is amazing and feels like family at the end of.

Our most cherished memory: The vendors Claudia recommended and signed on made our wedding unforgettable. From an epic post-ceremony photo shoot on the beach with our photographer to a night filled with every single guest on the dance floor thanks to the DJ, my wedding highlights would not have been the same without Claudia’s involvement.

One year later, our guests have not stopped talking about how our wedding was truly unique, special, and such a blast. It was a mini vacation for all of them, ending with a heartfelt and fun party. They raved about the decor/flowers, music, drinks, and seamless flow of everything.

I am so grateful to have worked with Claudia. She made planning a destination wedding super manageable. I especially appreciated her incredible recommendations for our vendors, the trip she organized for food tasting and working out all the details, the way she expertly managed my very involved and detail-oriented mother through the whole process, and the way she made things run so smoothly on our wedding day so we could be fully in the moment. Claudia is also a joyful, authentic, loving presence to be around and adds something by being there herself!

Lindsay and I first met Claudia Morales on a video call while interviewing wedding planners. We knew after that first meeting that she would be the one to guide and help us arrange our most cherished memories. Her personality, organizational skills, willingness, and ability to cater to and improve our requests, as well as her energy and resources, provided us with exactly what we wanted and more. She created a weekend experience full of amazing food and drink, fun for everyone who attended, and little to no stress or worry for us.

Claudia ensured airport transfer arrangements for us and all our guests. She arranged a private yacht cruise for family and friends and coordinated a small golf outing leading up to the weekend. We had a welcome party for all the ladies to make handcrafted hats and gift bags she had personally created. A welcome dinner at the beachside with live music and hand-rolled cigars followed. We chose not to have a rehearsal dinner but just another amazing one. She had IV hydration available the day of the wedding to ensure those who wished would not be dehydrated for the big day. Finally, the wedding and reception were just beautiful. The musicians, the decorations, the officiant, the DJ, and everything else she oversaw could not have been better. She handled so many details that I’m sure I don’t even know about. And that’s exactly what we wanted. We gave her quite a bit of autonomy to make decisions for us so we wouldn’t get caught up in the minutia, and she did not disappoint. She made sure to learn as much about us as possible through video calls and emails so she knew what we would and would not like/want. Oh, I almost forgot. Claudia even made last-minute birthday arrangements for my future bride! She can and will accomplish just about any request you could make of her!

We weren’t the only ones to appreciate all of Claudia’s hard work and pleasant demeanor. Our photographer said Claudia was the best/easiest planner she has ever worked with. Simply a joy to partner with. Having worked with her on other weddings, the events staff at Chileno Bay said she is professional, thoughtful, and organized, making their jobs very easy. Our guests commented as well, saying she was simply awesome and had thought of everything. Another couple attending our wedding included her in their planner interviews and selected her as well! I can’t say enough about Claudia, as we have become good friends and continue to stay in touch.

Claudia and her team exceed every expectation

My wife and I have the enormous pleasure to consider and call Claudia a dear friend. We absolutely love Cabo and have been going for years, but when we decided to get married there and were introduced to Claudia in 2019, our Cabo experience was changed forever.

We like the five-star service and treatment, but Claudia and her team exceed every expectation of what that means. From the pick-up at the airport to getting a private chef and mariachi’s to welcome you in or a sunset boat ride with sushi to the arch to kick off your weekend. She will follow that up with a salsa band, fireworks, or horseback riding on the beach. Her taste is impeccable, but her laughter and smile just seal the deal.

What a joy it is to state she made our wedding completely stress-free and has become a lifelong friend because of it.
